I stopped in for an Orange Julius thinking it would be a quick, refreshing treat, but yeah… not quite. The flavor was weirdly flat, and it had that old mix taste, like it had been hanging around a little longer than anyone wanted to admit.
Maybe I just showed up on an off day, which apparently happens, but for the price I was definitely expecting something that tasted at least somewhat fresh. I ended up tossing it before finishing, so that was fun.

I placed and paid for my order online thinking it would be ready when I got there, but I still ended up waiting a really long time. I get that places get busy, but if someone already paid and ordered ahead, it just feels fair to have their food ready or at least communicate what’s going on...

I tried using one of their promo deals, but it just wouldn’t apply when I got to checkout. There wasn’t really a clear reason why, and the fine print was sorta confusing. It felt like a waste of time, honestly. I ended up paying full price, so I wasn’t too happy about it

I’ve always liked Orange Julius, but it’s just not easy for me to get to one anymore. The closest location is far out of my way, so even when I’m craving it, I usually end up skipping it. By the time the order finally went through, I wasn’t even excited anymore, just irritated. It’s 2026, so i don’t get why something this simple has to be that slow.

I did eventually get my refund, so I guess the issue was fixed in the end. Maybe I’m being a bit too picky, but it felt like it took longer than it should have, and I didn’t really get much of an apology or explanation. Glad it’s sorted, just not the smoothest experience

I just popped through the drive-thru for a drink and kept it simple, since I didn’t want to deal with any hassle. They got it out quickly, the staff was friendly, and my order was right. No issues at all, which I always appreciate when I’m just trying to get in and out. I’d stop by again.
